As all cosmopolitan and international cities, Porto offers many ways for you to quickly get to our venue. We suggest a few:


You can easily get from/to the Airport by metro. Line E (Purple) runs every 20 or 30 minutes, depending on the time and day of the week. Check this link for your trip details.

Several buses connect Porto Airport and the city centre. The most useful are 601, 602 and 604. Check this link for your trip details.

Taxis circulate 24/7 all throughout the city, and are always available at taxi ranks. Generally, they carry up to 4 passengers, but you may request a larger vehicle if you order it by phone. In addition to the distance-based fare, when the route includes tolls, such as those charged at Via do Infante, this amount will be added to the trip total charged. A supplementary baggage fee will also be charged when transporting items larger than 55x35x20 cm. For more information, visit:

From Campanhã train station, you may take metro's line C or line B. to our venue
From São Bento train station, you may take the bus 1M,12M, 13M.

Participants are requested to secure their own accommodations. Please bear in mind that Porto receive many visitors all year round, so you are advised to book your Hotel well in advance. The 4th ISBNC will be held in Oporto - Portugal, at the Almeida Garrett library Auditorium, between October 3 and 4, 2019. The Auditorium is located near the beautiful Gardens of the Crystal Palace.
